This Privacy Policy explains what information TeslaSend, accessible from https://teslasend.link, collects and how we use it. TeslaSend is a simple tool for sending links from your phone to your Tesla browser. No account or registration is required.

1. Information We Collect

TeslaSend does not require accounts and does not collect names, phone numbers, or other identifying data to use the service. The following data is processed:

• Connection codes. When you connect your phone to your Tesla, a random code is generated. It links your devices to each other and is not associated with your identity.
• Links you send. The URLs you send, together with basic metadata (creation time, expiration, display options, and an optional title), are stored so they can be delivered to your Tesla browser. You can delete your links at any time from the app.
• Feedback. If you voluntarily submit feedback, we store the email address and message you provide, solely to respond to you and improve the service.

2. Local Storage

TeslaSend uses your browser's local storage to remember your session (your connection code) and your preferences. This data stays on your device and is never used to identify you. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous data about how users interact with the website, such as page views and certain actions (e.g., sending a link). This data helps us improve the functionality and performance of the tool. We do not use GA4 to collect personally identifiable information.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

TeslaSend is built on Google Firebase. Data described above is stored and processed on Google Cloud infrastructure. You can read more about how Google handles data in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use the data described above only to:

• Deliver the links you send to your Tesla browser
• Respond to feedback you submit
• Improve the website's functionality and performance

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except for the service providers listed in this policy (Google Firebase and Google Analytics).

6. Data Security

All traffic to TeslaSend is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to your links is protected by your connection code, which cannot be guessed or enumerated. While no online service can be 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Children's Privacy

TeslaSend is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
